Deposit
- An equivalent of one term’s tuition fee is required as deposit (refer to the Fee Schedule table below).
- Note: Refunds are available provided with a one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance.

- MIPS has 4 terms in an academic year, which runs from January to December.
- These are invoiced every quarterly.
- All fees must be paid on or before the first day of each term.
Student Visa Processing Fee – ONLY for Primary Levels International Student

- The Visa Processing Fee excludes Personal Bond Rates and insurance premium.
- The Personal Bond Rates will base on Immigration Malaysia listed rates.
- The Personal Bond Money will be returned to you upon completion or withdrawal of your study in MIPS, on condition that there is no violation of any provision of the Immigration laws of Malaysia.
- The insurance premium will base on insurance company rates.

Annual Fee Reviews
All fees are reviewed annually and subject to change. MIPS reserves the right to revise the terms and
conditions on an annual basis.
Additional Eal/ Mal Fees
Applicable for students (Primary 1 to Primary 6) who require the English as an Additional Language
(EAL) support or Mandarin as Additional Language (MAL). The fee is RM 600 per term.
Sibling Discount
Siblings are entitled to a discount on the Admission Fee. It is only applicable to siblings who are still
studying in the school. A sibling is defined as a legal brother or sister of a child enrolled in the school.

Payment Method
- A bank transfer may be made to the School’s bank account.
- For overseas transfer, please include an additional amount in view of foreign exchange and bank charges. These are borne by the Sender.
- Fees for all terms are payable in advance. A 3% rebate on the School Fees will be given if the annual fees is paid in full on or before the first day of Term 1.
- Cash payments are not encouraged.
- State the student’s full name, class and student ID and payer contact number at the reverse side of the cheque, bank draft or money order.
- Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be drawn from a Malaysian Bank in Malaysian Currency.
- Parents may drop the cheque, bank draft or money order to the receptionist at the lobby during office hours.
- Parents may pay for their child’s annual school fees in advance at the beginning of the first term using a credit or debit card, via our convenient online Cashless System. By paying for a full year’s fees in advance, you can also enjoy a 3% rebate on Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4 School fees.
